Marc-Antoine Rousseau
Member of ISSLS, Prof. Marc-Antoine Rousseau is chairman of the department of orthopaedic and trauma surgery of the Hôpital Bichat – Beaujon (Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris / Université Paris Cité). He was trained in Paris, working for years at the Hôpital Pitié Salpétrière. His PhD was done at the Arts et Métiers ParisTech with a time of visiting post-doc at the University of California San Francisco. He specialises in spine surgery and hip and knee replacement with a continuous experience of trauma and polytrauma. He previously coordinated the educational program for the residents in general surgery for the Paris area.
